Replacement street lights

We have a planned program to replace street lights in the borough. Check our online map to view the location of the street lights and the type of lamps.

Replacement programme

We are replacing all life expired lighting columns with new mild steel lighting columns and LED street lights.

Heritage street lights

We are offering residents the opportunity to contribute towards the cost of the street lighting replacements, changing the style of street lighting columns in their road to heritage street lights.

All street lights in the road will be replaced with heritage street lights. We cannot replace individual lights.

Night works

We will be carrying out night works to street lighting columns on Tuesday 18 and Wednesday 19 March 2025 on the following roads:

• St Margarets Road, Twickenham
• Richmond Road, Twickenham
• Whitton Road, Twickenham
