Garden waste collections suspended

Garden waste collections will continue to be suspended from Monday 2 to Friday 6 August 2021. This is due to a number of the collection crews having to self-isolate, so we do not have enough staff to continue all collections streams. Logistically we have had to make the decision to prioritise household waste/food collections followed by blue and black box recycling collections.

For existing customers only: use this form to request a replacement sticker to use on your garden recycling bin.

Before you start

This form can also be used if:

  • You have renewed your contract but have not yet received your sticker
  • Your sticker has gone missing from your bin

You should not used this form to join our garden recycling service.

What happens next

If your request is authorised we will send your replacement sticker within 5 working days.
