Learn to Lift (10% discount)
Running from 7 October 2024. £135 (usual £150). Fancy getting fit and strong? Courses run on a Wednesday evening and will teach you how to safely lift weights and get fit in a friendly and supportive environment. Sessions run in our state-of-the-art Performance Education Centre (PEC). Courses for every experience level, Beginner (6-7pm), Intermediate (7-8pm) and Advanced Level (8-9pm).

Our brand new Eating Well, Inflammation and the Gut course is now available. St Mary’s University is proud to have a thriving health sciences department and is well known for its evidence-based nutrition education. This exciting new course will give you an excellent understanding of the ever popular topic of gut health, cutting through the myths and allowing you to develop a balanced approach to maintaining a healthy gut, that is realistic to apply to everyday life The online taught presentations will show how inflammation occurs and what can be done to alleviate or prevent gut problems by including certain types of foods whilst maintaining a healthy balanced diet.
