If you are unable to attend a training course on which you have been booked and do not inform the Adult Social Care Academy in writing 2 weeks prior to the course date that you will not be attending, a cancellation fee will be charged for the amount as set out below:
- The cost of half-day courses will be £50

If the cost of the course is more than the cancellation fee then the full cost will be charged.
