Arts development

We deliver an arts development programme, fostering the conditions and networks needed by artists and arts organisations to explore and develop their practice and make it sustainable.

Artists Make Space

Richmond Arts Service provide free studio space throughout the borough for artists to develop their practice. The artists were chosen through an open call process and are working in the following spaces:

  • Orleans House Gallery, Twickenham
  • The Old Town Hall, Richmond
  • OSO Arts Centre, Barnes

Dance

We continue to support the borough’s vibrant community dance sector, which produces and promotes exciting programmes of dance, including events and participation activities throughout the borough.

We support and encourage the dance sector to raise their artist aspirations and increase opportunities for everyone to get dancing, and to inspire anyone wishing to further their experience of dance.
