You will need

• Your moving in/completion dates - for owner-occupiers
• Your tenancy agreement start date - for tenants and landlords

Before you start

Your personal information provided on this form will be used in accordance with the Council’s Personal Information Policy.

What happens next

We aim to issue your bill within 10 days of the start of your account, or if you are moving in at a future date, within 10 days of your notification date.
