Chapel memorial services

Every year we hold memorial services at our cemetery chapels to help people pay respect to their loved ones. These services are open to all members of the public.

About the services

During the service there will be a period of personal reflection. The names of those you wish to remember will be read out by the officiant taking the service. Please give the names you want including in the service to the staff member at the chapel door.

We encourage people to take part in the service if they wish to do so. If you would like to be involved in these services, for example by singing or reading a poem, please get in touch.

You will be invited to place a personal message on the Christmas tree if you wish to do so, and tea lights will also be available for you to light and leave burning throughout the service.

Collections

We support various charities. Please feel free to show your support as you leave the chapel. Collection containers will be available.
