Achieving for Children’s Learning and Development team

Achieving for Children's (AfC) recognises that in order to recruit and retain the right staff employees need to feel respected, empowered and valued. Learning and development opportunities are a proven way to ensure we are best placed to make this happen.

The Learning and Development team is responsible for the commissioning, delivery and quality assurance of training for those working with children, young people and their families across Richmond.
