Telephone advice

Any advice given over the telephone is for information purposes only and should not be regarded as our final decision. If you require a definite ruling, please write to us giving full details. We will then be able to give full consideration to your circumstances and confirm our decision in writing.

Experience has shown that it is very easy to misunderstand someone over the telephone and that the full facts may not be available when advice is given.

Student finance

Student Finance England administer applications and queries from both new and continuing students and all enquiries should be made directly to Student Finance England, by telephoning 0845 300 5090.
