Subscribe for ebilling

When you subscribe for Council Tax ebilling, you will:

• Receive email notifications when you are billed
• Help us reduce the amount of paper we use, reducing costs and protecting the environment

You must have a Richmond Account linked to your Council Tax account to subscribe for ebilling. You will first be prompted to log in, or to register if you do not already have an account.

Subscribe for ebilling

If you do not have a Richmond Account

In order to set up ebilling, you will need to create a Richmond Account:

1. Sign up for a Richmond Account
2. Link your Council Tax account. Ensure your details (title, first and last name, and address) match exactly those given in your Richmond Account. Find out what to do if you are unable to link your Council Tax
3. Complete the ebilling form

Set up ebilling from within your Richmond Account

To subscribe for ebilling after you have linked your Council Tax:

1. Go to the Council Tax tab in your Richmond Account
2. Select the account
3. Go to Ebilling and select 'Subscribe now'
4. Complete the form

How to download your ebill

You can print or save a copy of your ebill.

When viewing a bill, select the 'Print this page' button and save as PDF.

Manage ebilling

To unsubscribe from ebilling:

1. Go to the Council Tax tab in your Richmond Account
2. Select the account
3. Go to Ebilling and select 'Manage ebilling'
4. Complete the form
