Tell us about a change of tenant

If you are a landlord or managing agent you can keep us updated when tenants move into or out of your property, or advise if the property will be left empty.

Landlords are liable for Council Tax in between tenancies.

You will need

Ensure you have the following details ready:

• Address details
• Tenancy start/end date
• Names of the tenants
• Landlord/managing agent details

What happens next

Once you have submitted the form you will receive an email confirmation. 

We will aim to update your records within 15 working days, however this may take up to 20 working days during busy periods.
