Request graffiti removal

Use this form to request graffiti removal on a property you own, occupy, or manage.

Before you start

There is some graffiti that we cannot remove. You will need to make your own arrangements for removal for graffiti that is:

Not visible from the street
Inaccessible
Above a height of three metres from ground level

Whilst every care will be taken during the removal, we do not accept liability for any damage caused in undertaking the works.

You may need to supply the graffiti removal team with the correct colour paint to match your property. If paint is not supplied, our team will use paint available to them in the nearest matching colour to the existing paint.

Private property

We offer a free removal service to households.

When submitting this form you are agreeing for us to carry out further graffiti removal work at your property, if necessary, at any time during the next two years. This will enable us to remove any future graffiti attacks on your property without the need for written consent on each occasion.

Commercial property

We offer a free removal service to independent businesses with nine employees or fewer nationally.

For larger businesses with more than nine employees nationally we offer one off quotations or an unlimited removal scheme for an annual fee of £175 (VAT inclusive).

Some larger businesses may not qualify for our unlimited removal service due to the size and frequency of their requests, however in this case we can negotiate a reasonable hourly rate with our contractor.

When submitting this form you are agreeing for us to carry out further graffiti removal work at your property, if necessary, until you terminate consent in writing.

To request graffiti removal you will need to:

Provide the location or postcode of the graffiti
Describe the graffiti and tell us if it is offensive (e.g. racist, homophobic or sexist)
Tell us if the graffiti is visible from the street

What happens next

We will investigate the graffiti.

If the graffiti is offensive we will aim to remove it within one working day of notification. Other non-offensive graffiti will be removed within five working days of notification.
