Use this form to report an issue with street cleaning, or a hazard that needs clearing.
Before you start
Ensure you have checked the street cleaning schedules to find out when your street should be cleaned.
Reporting hazards or hazardous spillages
These include:
- Broken glass
- Blood
- Chemicals
- Oil spillage
- Paint spillage
- Traffic accident debris
- Hazardous clinical waste e.g. needles
You should not touch the hazard.
Do not complete this form if you have discovered a hazard outside of working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). To report a hazard outside of these hours, call 020 8891 7999.
We aim to investigate and clear the hazard within two hours.

To be able to describe the location of the street cleaning issue.
What happens next
We will investigate the street cleaning issue. Depending on the fault, the issue will be resolved within five working days.
If you have reported hazardous waste or a hazardous spillage, this should be cleared within two hours.
