Bullen Hall venue hire

Suitability

Bullen Hall is a modern purpose built hall with good quality facilities and a newly refurbished kitchen and washroom areas. It is suitable for the following functions:

• Meetings
  
• Children's parties
  
• Community events
  
• Small family functions
• Fitness/exercise classes

Availability

Bullen Hall is available for hire:

• Monday to Sunday - 9am to 11pm

The hall is not available to hire on bank holidays.

Layout and amenities

The hall is 8.5 metres by 8.5 metres and can hold 55 seated theatre style and 35 seated at tables and chairs. 

Bringing equipment

You are permitted to bring items of play equipment on to the property but do so entirely at your own risk. No liability will be accepted by the council in respect of claims arising from loss or damage to privately owned equipment or arising from its use.

No personally owned items of play equipment must be allowed to block doorways, passageways, entrances and exits and the hirer is required to remove any item of equipment we consider to be causing an obstruction or hazard.

Catering

External caterers are welcome.

Tables and chairs

14 tables and 60 chairs are provided.

Table dimensions are 1.5m x 0.68m. They are modern and lightweight and can be moved in and out of the hall on modern easy-to-move trolleys. 

Kitchen facilities

There is a self catering kitchen available with the following facilities:

• Domestic oven
• Kettle
• Microwave
• Sink
• Serving hatch
• Two domestic fridges
• Work surface space

Serving alcohol

You are welcome to provide alcohol to your guests free of charge and we do not charge a corkage fee. The sale of alcohol is not permitted on site. If you are organising a charity event contact us for information on a Temporary Event Notice.

Audio visual equipment

There is a comprehensive and professional AV system including surround sound and large projector screen. This system is suitable for professional presentations and, for example, cinema evenings.

Wi-Fi

Business quality high speed Wi-Fi is available.

Getting here

Hampton Wick Station is nearby in the High Street and a number of buses serve the area.

There is a public pay and display car park outside of the hall which has 10 spaces. There are also three blue badge disabled bays. There is a maximum stay of four hours, Monday to Sunday, between 9am to 5pm. Further information can be found on the car parks page.
