Ham Library Annexe opened in 2013. Part of Ham Library, it is a superb modern venue which benefits from a self-contained equipped kitchenette and is suitable for the following functions:

• Presentations
• Meetings
• Receptions
• Activity groups
• Networking groups

Availability

Ham Library Annexe is available for hire:

• Available Monday to Saturday only, during Ham Library opening hours.

Out of hours hiring on request only.

Catering

There is an equipped kitchen at the Annexe. Tea and coffee making facilities are available on request.

Tables and chairs

Tables and chairs can be supplied but, or your caterer, will need to provide all the linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking/serving utensils.

Hire charges

• Standard rate: £32 per hour
• Concessionary rate: £16 per hour
