We send out invoices for a wide range of different services. You can pay these either online, or by setting up a Direct Debit.

Pay an invoice online

It is quick and easy to pay an invoice using our online payment system. If you wish to pay more than one invoice, or also make a payment for another service, you can do this by adding to your ‘basket’.

You will need the following details to complete your payment

  • Invoice number - this is shown on the front of your invoice, and will be a ten-digit number beginning with ‘3’. Alternatively, if your invoice number begins with a ‘2’ or ‘7’, enter your seven-digit customer number followed by your ten-digit invoice number, without any spaces
  • Name and address - to which the invoice relates
  • Payment amount
  • Card details - these will be authorised online
  • Email address - if you wish to receive payment acknowledgment

Following successful authorisation, you will be provided with a payment reference number, which you should keep for your records.

Set up a Direct Debit

If you wish to set up a Direct Debit you do this by either:

  • Calling the Capita Accounts Receivable team on 020 3467 6650
  • Downloading and completing a Direct Debit form
