Extending a session

Unlike normal parking sessions, you can top-up your parking fee remotely when you use RingGo.

How to extend a session

This service is available either online, via the RingGo app, or by calling the telephone line.

You will need to confirm

• How long you wish to extend
• The 3-digit security number on the back of your payment card

When extending a session you will not allow you to extend your stay beyond the maximum stay of the bay (this will be indicated on the parking sign located close to the bay). If there is a limit, or no return inside of an hour, you will not be able to pay for more parking until an hour has passed.
