Appointments for urgent or assisted permit applications

We operate an on the day parking permit service for urgent applications. We can also assist if you need help applying for a permit.

This service is strictly appointment only, we are unable to accommodate walk ins.

Appointments are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 12 noon and 1 to 4pm.

Attending your appointment

The Parking Permit desk is located in the Civic Centre Atrium.

If attending for an appointment, you should bring:

• Completed application form (if possible)
• Required documents
• Payment by credit/debit card, cheque or postal order
