Properties not allowed parking permits

Some properties are not eligible for resident (or business) parking permits, even though they are located in a Controlled Parking Zone.

This is due to the high demand for parking spaces around the borough and is agreed with property developers. We refer to this as a Section 106 parking permit restriction.
