Ham Common Woods is 30 hectares of acid grassland, woodland and scrubland that links Richmond Park to the east to Ham Common.
About the park
Particularly popular with walkers and horse riders, the wet and dry woodlands make it a haven for beetles, fungi and birds and bats.

Visiting the park
Ham Common Woods are accessible at all times. The nearest train stations are Richmond and Kingston, and the area is served by the bus routes 65 and 371.
Public Space Protection Orders and byelaws
All council-managed parks and open spaces are covered by Public Space Protection Orders and formalĀ byelaws, to help us reduce antisocial behaviour and breaches of dog control orders.
