About the park
The Copse is home to a combination of acid grassland and woodlands that include a number of veteran oaks. Wildflowers in the summer provide a display of colour and key species such as bats, badgers and many birds call this place home.
The many bridal paths and footpaths make this ideal for walkers and horse riders alike.
Public Space Protection Orders and byelaws
All council-managed parks and open spaces are covered by Public Space Protection Orders and formalĀ byelaws, to help us reduce antisocial behaviour and breaches of dog control orders.
