Many people will experience loneliness or isolation at some point in their life. It can happen to all of us for lots of reasons, including:

There are services available in the borough to help you feel less lonely, including:
- Social and educational activities
- IT training to get you up to speed with online chats
- Day centres
- Lunch clubs
- Talking to someone through befriending services
