Adult group swimming lessons

Timetable for Teddington Pools and Fitness Centre

The new block of adult lessons will start on Thursday 24 April 2025.

Re-enrolment of existing adult pupils

Existing adult pupils can re-enrol week commencing 31 March 2025 and this must be done after their lesson has taken place on either Monday or Thursday. Please remember to declare any new medical conditions.

New adult pupil bookings

We will be accepting new adult pupil bookings from 8am on Friday 4 April 2025 onwards. Lessons will need to be booked and paid for either in person at the centre, or by phone on 020 3772 2999.

Adult lesson timetable for Teddington Pool

Classes are held weekly as follows:

• Mondays - 4 week course of lessons from 28 April to 19 May 2025
• Thursdays - 5 week course of lessons from 24 April to 22 May 2025

Monday

• 6.45pm - Adult Beginners - learner pool - capacity 7
• 7.15pm - Adult Improvers - main pool - capacity 6
• 7.45pm - Adult Improvers - main pool - capacity 6
• 8.15pm - Adult Advanced - main pool - capacity 6

Thursday

• 12 noon - Adult Advanced - main pool - capacity 6
• 12.30pm - Adult Improvers - main pool - capacity 6
• 1pm - Adult Beginners - learner pool - capacity 7

Timetable for Pools on the Park

The current block of lessons will run until 3 April 2025.

The new block of lessons will run from 21 April to 11 July 2025.

Classes are held weekly:

• Wednesdays - 11 week course of lessons from 23 April to 9 July 2025 (no lessons on 28 May 2025)
• Thursdays - 11 week course of lessons from 24 April to 10 July 2025 (no lessons on 29 May 2025)

• 9.30am - Adult Improvers (Be a swimmer) - main pool
• 10am - Adult Beginners (Be water confident) - teaching pool

Thursday 

• 6.30pm - Adult Beginners (Be water confident) - teaching pool
• 7pm - Adult Improvers (Be a swimmer) - main pool
• 7.30pm - Adult Advanced (Be a better swimmer) - main pool
• 8.00pm - Adult Improvers (Be a swimmer) - main pool
• 8.30pm - Adult Advanced (Be a better swimmer) - main pool
