Pools on the Park group lessons

The next block of lessons commence on Monday 6 January 2025 and will run for 12 weeks until 5 April 2025.

No lessons will take place during February half term from 17 to 22 February 2025. Lessons will also be paused during swimming galas on 5 February from 9am to 2pm, 11 February from 9am to 3.30pm, and 13 February from 9am to 3.30pm.

Re-enrolment for existing pupils

Please ensure you have topped up your child’s account. If you have a GoLearn portal you will be sent an email with 4, 3, 2, and 1 lessons remaining.

Children who have moved up a stage will be sent an email with information and a link to check availability.

Please check your child’s progress on the GoLearn portal. If this is below 100%, then your child will remain in the same class, day, and time unless you request a change.

New pupil enrolment

We will be accepting new enquiries, from 8am on Wednesday 18 December 2024 via email only, for the following stage classes:

• Stage 1
• Stages 8, 9, 10

We will also continue to accept new Swim School enquiries until further notice for the following lessons:

• Adult & Baby 6-12 months
• Adult & Toddler 12-24 months
• Adult & Child 24-36 months
• Pre-school Beginners, Improvers, Advanced

Enquiries must be submitted by email only. We cannot accept telephone or walk-in enquiries.

You will be informed by email if you are successful in securing a lesson space, or if you have been placed on a waiting list.

Please email us directly via our Swim School email address at swimschool@richmond.gov.uk and make sure you provide all of the following information:

• Child’s name and date of birth
• Contact telephone number
• Centre your lesson enquiry relates to
• Your availability and stage you wish to apply for
• Details of any medical conditions

Email requests, telephone enquiries and walk-in enquiries for any classes other than those listed, are not currently being accepted.

All other stage enquiries and bookings are currently on hold whilst our end of term assessments and movements are processed.

Our junior group lesson fees are as follows:
