Pools on the Park group lessons

Summer term lessons start week commencing Monday 15 April and run until Saturday 13 July 2024. There will be no lessons on Monday 6 May and Monday 27 May to Saturday 1 June.

Re-enrolment for existing pupils

Please ensure you have topped up your child’s account. If you have a GoLearn portal you will be sent an email with 4, 3, 2, and 1 lessons remaining.

Children who have moved up a stage will be sent an email with information and a link to check availability.

Please check your child’s progress on the GoLearn portal. If this is below 100%, then your child will remain in the same class, day, and time unless you request a change.

New pupil enrolment

We will be accepting new Swim School enquiries on Monday 29 April 2024 only for the following lessons:

• Adult & Baby 6 to 12 months
• Adult & Toddler 12 to 24 months
• Adult & Child 24 to 36 months 
• Stage 7
• Stage 8
• Stage 9
• Stage 10
• SwimFit Teen
• Rookie Lifeguard

Enquiries must be submitted by email only. We cannot accept telephone or walk-in enquiries.

Spaces are extremely limited, so those who are unsuccessful for these stages/lessons will be added to a waiting list system and contacted once a space becomes available. Please note that due to high demand you can be on a waiting list for up to 12 weeks.

Enquiries for the above classes will only be accepted on Monday 29 April 2024 between 8am and 6pm. Emails sent before and after this date and time will not be accepted and will be deleted from our inbox.

You will be informed by email if you are successful in securing a lesson space or if you have been placed on a waiting list.

Please email us directly via our Swim School email address at swimschool@richmond.gov.uk and make sure you provide all of the following information:

• Child’s name and date of birth
• Contact telephone number
• Centre your lesson enquiry relates to
• Your availability and stage/lesson you wish to apply for
• Details of any medical conditions

Email requests, telephone enquiries, and walk-in enquiries for any classes other than those listed above, are not currently being accepted.

Lesson fees

Our junior group lesson fees are as follows:
