International Women’s Day 2026
Join us in Richmond as we celebrate International Women’s Day this March. Come along and enjoy a variety of physical activity events and activities taking place across the borough.
Free fitness assessments

Community walk and pelvic floor talk
- Location: Stable & Strong Women’s Fitness Studio, 64 Mortlake High Street, SW14 8HR

Free to attend and open to all women with optional donations to help raise funds for a local women’s charity Voices of Hope (Richmond Women's Hub).
The event includes:
- A gentle approximate 45 minute walk - meet new people, chat and hopefully enjoy some nice weather
- Tea, coffee and cakes back at Stable & Strong's Women's Fitness Studio
- An easy-to-understand talk on pelvic floor exercise tips for everyday life. Run by head fitness trainer who is passionate about all things pelvic floor

England Rugby Female Health & Wellbeing Conference
