Fairer Access Scheme
The Fairer Access Scheme provides discounted or free access to some activities at our Sports and Fitness Centres and is available to certain residents in the London Borough of Richmond. Find out more about the scheme.
Swimming admission
Timed swim sessions are in place for accessing the various pools.
Users can book up to seven days in advance, via the LBRUT Sports App, online bookings website, by telephone on 020 3772 2999, or in person at the centre.
Family swim bookings for the learner/teaching pools may now be made up to 10 days in advance by telephone on 020 3772 2999, in person at the centre, or via the online bookings website.
Due to high demand we strongly recommend that all users pre book their swim session. Please check availability in advance if you wish to swim on the day to avoid disappointment.
Children under the age of eight must be accompanied in the water at all times by a responsible adult. View our child admission policy

The adult concession rate is available to those living in the London Borough of Richmond and in receipt of one of the following: Housing Benefit, Income Support, Job Seekers Allowance, Working Family Tax Credit, Disability Allowance, Carers Allowance, Universal Credit or Pension Credit. Proof of eligibility will be required.
The child concession rate is available for children of parents with an Adult Concessionary Richmond Card. Applicable for indoor general swimming sessions only.
The student rate is available to full-time students only, who are living or studying in the London Borough of Richmond. Proof of eligibility will be required.
The sanctuary seekers and people in emergency accommodation rate is available to those that fall into this category.
Hydrotherapy pool admission
Each session consists of 30 minutes pool time. Late arrivals will not be permitted into the session.
Hydro session admission is only bookable by phone on 020 3772 2999.

Gym admission
You will need to have completed a pre-exercise questionnaire and attended an induction session prior to attending a gym session.
A fast track induction can be booked on the LBRUT Sports App, website or by calling 020 3772 2999. If you wish to book in for a full induction, please call us.
Gym inductions are compulsory and include a tour and demonstration of how to safely use each piece of equipment.
Gym sessions do not need to be pre-booked.
