Grimwood Road garden site tenancy

We are pleased to invite applications for a tenancy at the Grimwood Road garden site at 53 Grimwood Road, TW1 1BY.

The opportunity

This small garden site is adjacent to the Twickenham Training Centre, which is managed by Achieving for Children (AfC).

The site includes a greenhouse and raised beds, and has been vacant for several years. It was previously used to provide horticultural workshops and courses for people with learning disabilities.

We are now seeking a new tenant. We anticipate this will be a voluntary or not for profit organisation which will maintain and manage the garden to deliver a broad portfolio of services reflecting local need. This could include gardening activity to support people with learning disabilities, mental health issues, those experiencing loneliness and isolation or other vulnerabilities.

Any proposed activity would need to be sensitive to the residential location of the site.
