Use this form to order a replacement bin if yours has been lost or damaged. 

Before you start

You can only order a bin if you have a garden waste subscription.

Your garden waste bin is your responsibility to maintain and to ensure is in good working order. If the bin goes missing it is your responsibility to replace.

The cost of a brand new replacement bin is £36.

What happens next

Bins will usually be delivered within 10 working days.

Please note that due to high demand for recycling containers you may experience some delays with the delivery of your order.

Contractor fault

If your bin has been damaged by our contractor, please complete our report a problem form.

All requests for a new bin caused by contractor fault will be investigated for liability. Please provide as much information as you can to support your request.

Wear and tear and missing bins are not considered to be the fault of the contractor.
