We have identified a safety issue with our Heaton Upholstery range. The affected product numbers are:

The affected items were sold between March 2022 and February 2023

Through routine testing we've identified a fire safety issue in that these products have failed to meet the required fire safety standard. If exposed to a naked flame, the cover fabric could catch fire.

Customer safety is our top priority, and we are therefore recalling this product as a precautionary measure.

Please contact our customer service team and follow the instructions for 'Large Item' to arrange a replacement or refund.

Your sofa/armchair can still be used in the interim, provided you ensure it does not come into contact with a naked flame, for example matches or candles.
