Hazard
The product presents a risk of fire as the screw which holds the metal wire and glass tealight recess can come loose and drop. If this occurs when a lit candle is in the holder, the lit candle could set fire to the surrounding area.

The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users by Next. Further information about the recall can be found on the Next website.
