The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the basic insulation surrounding the live wire is insufficient. It could break down over time and come into contact with the accessible metal parts of the product, causing the chandelier to become live and give the user an electric shock.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected and destroyed at the border.
