Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as there is inadequate protection against accidental contact with live parts due to the basic insulation of wires being in contact with accessible metal parts. Also, it should only be possible to touch parts separated from live parts by double or reinforced insulation. Some of the required documentation and markings were also not present.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Corrective action
The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Wish).

We recommend owners stop using this product immediately. Contact the distributor you purchased from to request redress.
