Hazard
The product presents a risk of injuries as the engine is very difficult to turn over when starting. If the rope suddenly retracts by rotation kick back, the rope is pulled out from the user's hand.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.

Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users.

Affected consumers are advised to take their lawnmower to their nearest Honda dealer to be repaired free of charge.
