Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of choking as the foam plastic filling inside of the arch is easily accessible due to weakness of the seams, constituting a small part. A young child may place the filling material or small part in their mouth and choke.

Additionally, the ends of foam arches with plastic inserts are of a shape that can present choking and impaction risks. Some of the required documentation and markings were not present.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.

The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Amazon).
