Baby dining chair in light pink and white.

Hazard
The product presents a high risk of injuries as it is insufficiently robust to prevent against falls, with sides that were too short and insufficient strength in the backrest to hold the user in place. The holes on the side of the chair are of a size and shape that could allow young children to insert their fingers, posing an entrapment hazard. The bag used for packaging was also insufficiently thick and presents an asphyxiation hazard.

The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
