Hazard
This product presents a serious risk of choking as the eyes on the soft toy detach under the testing force and were able to fit into the small parts of the cylinder. Meaning it is likely the eye could come off and if placed in their mouth would choke them.

The elastic cord joining the joey to the kangaroo exceeded the maximum permissible length and presents a strangulation hazard to young children.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
