The British Business Bank is the UK's government-owned development bank. It offers advice and support to small businesses in the UK, including help to identify suitable financing options. Working with partners it also offers start up loans and free mentoring advice to newly established companies.

The Grow London Local also provides free and impartial advice to support people who want to plan a business and is part of the national Growth Hub. It has a team of dedicated advisers you can contact and who support London's business community. In addition to advisers the Hub provide resources, events and articles.
