Clean Air Day 2021 schools poster competition

We ran a schools poster competition for Clean Air Day 2021, with the theme The lungs of London.

Students could interpret the theme in any way they wanted to, using art, poetry, a story, or combination of formats to produce an A4 poster.

Schools could submit up to five entries to each category (based on the Key Stages), with prizes awarded to the winner and runner-up, and their school in each category.

The judges commented on the high standard of entries which made the judging difficult. They were impressed by the thought that had gone into making the posters, which was reflected in the range of interpretations of the theme and the variety of air pollution topics covered.

Congratulations to the winners and runners-up, and thank you to all the students and school staff for supporting Clean Air Day by making these amazing posters.
