Procurement and contract guidance

The Council has reviewed its standard contract terms and conditions and commissioning guidance to help develop procurement processes that are proportionate and relevant to the service, and more accessible to organisations that want to bid for contracts. This could include Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary organisations. The Council in partnership with the voluntary sector has created a template terms and conditions document alongside guidance for commissioners, which can be used when procuring services.
