Delays due to emergency utilities works in Whitton/Heathfield area

Percy Road in Whitton is currently closed at the junction with Hospital Bridge Road, adjacent to Twickenham School, due to emergency works by Thames Water to repair a high-pressure water main. 

As a result, bus routes 110 and H22 are on diversion via Hospital Bridge Road, Nelson Road and Whitton High Street. You can view a map showing the diversions. 

Whitton Community Centre is open as usual.

There are also emergency Cadent Gas works on Staines Road at the junction with Meadway to repair a gas leak on the carriageway. Traffic is being managed by multiway signals. Works are expected to be completed by 29 October 2024.
