We keep our classes to a size that is sociable, and allows our expert trainers to coach you as you need it. You’ll avoid the guesswork of figuring out how to move, and get on with improving your technique. Our mix of workouts means you can book into classes that fit what you are working on, or simply give you the choice to change it up each week. You could do a Full Body Strike on Mondays to get you in the mood for your week, and ease into the weekend with a Candlelit Yoga session.
