Small and friendly classes. Gentle and mixed ability yoga classes 2 mins from Richmond station. You will build strength, flexibility, improve balance and concentration. Pranayama (breathing techniques) helps to reduce stress and slow the nervous system down helping to find peace and clarity. We finish our class with 5 to 10 mins relaxing/meditation which allows the body and mind to soak up the benefits of the asanas (postures).
