Nominated Neighbour is a yellow card, held up to a window or door, directing the caller to a neighbour's house. The neighbour can then check the identity of the person, return to your home with them, and supervise the caller’s visit. The Nominated Neighbour needs to be chosen and trusted by you and be someone who is often at home.

The scheme has been run for some time by Fulwell and Hampton Hill Safer Neighbourhood Team in their ward. Kew Safer Neighbourhood Team can also supply cards.

If you are concerned about the welfare of a vulnerable neighbour, please contact your local Safer Neighbourhood Team to ask if they can help.
