Police Liaison Groups (PLG)
Each ward in the borough has a Police Liaison Group (PLG). You can use My Richmond to find the ward for your location.
About Police Liaison Groups
The Groups meet in a variety of local venues and allow local residents and businesses to discuss local crime issues and set local policing priorities with their ward Police Safer Neighbourhood Team.
Each Group is chaired by a local volunteer. Whitton and Heathfield wards have merged to form a Joint Police Liaison Group. Most groups meet between four and six times a year. Meetings are usually held on weekday evenings although some Groups are experimenting with weekend meetings in the day to encourage greater attendance.
Any ward resident, business or representative of a local organisation is welcome to attend. Please contact your ward Safer Neighbourhood Team for information and future dates of meetings.
