If you would like to discuss your Council Tax account in person with an adviser, you should call us to book an appointment.
You do not need to book an appointment if you only need to bring in proofs for Council Tax. We operate a ticket queuing system at the Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham, TW1 3BZ for your documents to be scanned from 9am to 4.30pm on Monday to Friday.
