Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), our reception at the Civic Centre is closed.
You will need to make an appointment to discuss a benefits claim in person with us.
If you would like to discuss an existing Benefit claim in person with an adviser, you should call us to book an appointment.
You do not need to book an appointment if you only need to bring in proofs for benefits. We have a secure drop box in the Civic Centre atrium where you can deposit these documents.
