Richmond Card
The Richmond Card is available which combines all leisure and library memberships with parking discounts for residents.
New members over 18 can apply online and your Richmond Card will be posted to you. You will need to provide proof of name, address and date of birth when you present your card for the first time at a library.
If you are under 18 you can join in person, in one of our libraries.
