Library closures due to coronavirus

In accordance with government advice to limit the spread of the Covid-19 Coronavirus, all Richmond upon Thames libraries will be closed to the public from 4pm on Friday 20 March 2020 until further notice.

Current loans

For all our customers with items currently on loan, the due dates will be changed to Monday 15 June 2020 and this will be reviewed as we move forward with more extensions implemented by the library service as the situation requires.

If you would like to continue renewing your items yourself, this can be done online or by telephone and the renewal limit has been increased from 4 to 15 renewals per item to allow customers to remain at home if they need to.

Any customers who wish to return their items while the library is closed can put them into the drop box at Richmond Lending Library.
