Baby Sleep questions and answers

Struggling with your baby's sleep? Following our regular Baby Rhyme Time sessions, join a special Q&A with Lucy, founder of Settled Sleep and trained sleep consultant.

Whether you need tips on dropping night feeds, managing nap transitions or building a routine, getting reliable and practical advice can make all the difference.

Since every child is unique, this is a great opportunity to ask questions and get tailored solutions to your baby’s sleep issues.

Our provider is not a qualified healthcare practitioner. Lucy has experience of helping many families and these sessions are offered as informal general support. If you require specific professional healthcare advice, see our NHS provided Well Baby child health clinics.
