Use this form to report a lost, stolen, or faulty Richmond Card.
Before you start
We have two different forms depending on your circumstances. Please ensure you use the correct form.
What you will need
Before you begin your report you will need to know:
- Richmond Card number (optional)
- Cardholder's name, address and date of birth
What happens next
We will normally issue you a new card within 7 working days.
The first card replacement is free of charge. Any further replacements may incur a discretionary £5 charge.
